HBD Products is owned and operated by Brad Davis. From a young age Brad was exposed to engineering projects of all kind. His father, a Naval Aviator and Aeronautical Engineer, always had some sort of a project involving sailboats, airplanes, and of course his 1968 Porsche. This 1968 Porsche was the start of Brad’s love for anything Porsche, especially anything rare and hard to find. Completing a ground up restoration on his father’s 912 provided a stepping stone to another ground up restoration of a 1968 911. Now working on a detail correct 911R recreation many of the parts found at 911rennen.com are a result of parts required for the 911R project

HBD products focuses on parts found on the race cars of the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. Great attention to detail is a main concern along with making all products exactly as they were manufactured back in the early days. Techniques such as gas welding aluminum, aluminum shaping over wooden bucks and riveting all come into play.
